Knowing how to understand our emotions means accessing useful information for understanding our behaviours and orienting them strategically in facing challenges and thus improving the quality of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Within the course, starting from personal awareness, we will analyse the emotional aspects useful for managing ourselves and professional relationships in a profitable way through practical methods applicable to one&#8217;s daily professional life.<\/p>\n<p>Through the exercises participants will be actively involved in building the competence to be acquired, they will be able
